May 8, 2024 Planning Board Public Hearing; Consider amending the Zoning Bylaws

TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the West Boylston Planning Board will hold two Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Meeting Room (1st Floor) to consider amending West Boylston's Zoning Bylaws as follows:

1.  Amend the Zoning Bylaws and Zoning Map to create a new MBTA Residence District for property off Shrewsbury Street at the Worcester city line.

2. Amend the Zoning Boundary on properties along the east side of Shrewsbury Street approximately 1,000’ south of Hartwell Street to extend the existing Business District eastward to the rear of these properties (to the Boston & Maine Railroad property).

The complete text of the proposed zoning bylaw amendment is available at the Town Clerk's Office for public inspection during regular business hours.  Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard.
